The 500-hour Instructor Course helps students develop teaching skills, from basic pedagogy to advanced training techniques in the beauty industry. This is a specialized training program for those with experience in the beauty industry who want to move into teaching. This course provides important skills for you to become a good instructor, able to effectively convey knowledge and skills to students.
Conditions to join the course
To be eligible to enroll in the Instructor course, students must have at least one of the following certificates:
- Esthetics Certificate
- Master Esthetics Certificate
- Manicure Certificate
- Barber Certificate
- Hair Design Certificate
- Cosmetology Certificate
Students who have certificates in the above beauty fields will have a solid foundation to learn and pass on their skills to new generations of students, thereby developing the teaching profession in the beauty industry.
Course Objectives
The course is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to pass the State Board theory and practical exams, as well as to develop proficient expertise in your profession.
Developing Teaching Skills
Students will be trained in modern pedagogical methods, learn how to design lessons, manage classrooms and convey knowledge in an understandable and vivid way.
Improve communication and presentation skills
The course helps you practice communication and presentation skills in front of a crowd, helping you become more confident in your role as a lecturer.
Understanding the Learning Process and Student Development
You will learn how to develop lesson plans, assess student progress, and adjust your teaching methods accordingly.
Applying aesthetic techniques in teaching
In addition to learning teaching methods, you will practice teaching the aesthetic techniques you have mastered, helping students better understand and apply them in practice.
TRAINING PROGRAM
The Instructor course will include both theory and practice, helping you not only master teaching knowledge but also practice and improve teaching skills in a real environment:
THEORY
- Students will learn about teaching methods, how to prepare lesson plans, how to convey knowledge to students, student assessment skills, and classroom management.
- Review and guidance for the theory exam.
PRACTICE
- You will practice teaching aesthetic skills in a classroom environment, under the guidance of an experienced instructor, helping you gain confidence and proficiency in the classroom.
- Practice the steps to take the State Board practical exam.
