The Barber Course lasts 1000 hours, including both theory and practice, helping students master men’s hair cutting techniques from basic to advanced. You will be trained by expert instructors with many years of experience, while studying and practicing in a modern environment, fully equipped with professional equipment.

Course Objectives

The course is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to pass the State Board theory and practical exams, as well as to develop proficient expertise in your profession.

Master the basics of men’s haircutting

Learn traditional and modern haircutting techniques like fades, layers, quiffs, pompadours, buzz cuts, and more.

Using specialized tools

Become familiar and proficient in using razors, clippers, hair scissors, hair dryers, and other styling tools.

Hairstyling practice for men

Not only cutting hair, you also learn how to style, curl, straighten, dye men’s hair, as well as hair styling techniques suitable for current trends.

Men’s hair and scalp care and hygiene

Provides knowledge about hair and scalp care methods and additional services such as shaving and eyebrow trimming, helping you become an expert in comprehensive care for male customers.

TRAINING PROGRAM

The Barber course is divided into two parts, theory and practice, helping students to both gain a deep understanding of the industry and practice skills right in class:

THEORY

  • Students will learn about male hair structure, hair care products, popular hairstyles for men, along with knowledge about hygiene and safety in the profession.
  • Review and guidance for the theory exam.

PRACTICE

  • Students will practice directly on real customers, from simple to complex hairstyles, helping you improve your skills and become more confident when facing customers.
  • Practice the steps to take the State Board practical exam.
